UFO’s – they are MULTIPLYING!

Do you have any UFO’s?

NO! Not that kind of UFO – I mean Unfinished Object!  I have SO many it is driving me batty!

I have my Mystery Quilt – through Quiltmaker Magazine to finish (part 3)

I have my nephew’s Monkey Business Quilt top to finish – Second Border and quilting –

My Great Grandma’s Tahitian quilt needs to be hand appliqued

My Christmas Sampler Quilt needs to be finished (I have made lots of progress on that front though! – only 7 blocks left to make)

The worst part is that there are a few more UFOs to be found in my sewing room…I just don’t have pictures of them so they aren’t on this post.

There is one more UFO too – but you will get to see that next week – and hopefully it will be a finished object by then!

What UFO’s do you have?!?  Please tell me I am not the only one with the projects stacking up around them in their sewing space!

I've got…five? Four Christmas-gift-quilts, plus the big one for my husband and I… oh wait, make that six, I started one for my sister-in-law. Doh! They certainly pile up quick, don't they???

You are not the only one, for sure! I am trying to work on some my self. Good luck.
    Love the Tahitian quilt.

I have my pinwheel baby quilt that I am still plugging away at. Just finished the back, well it needs to be squared and then it's done. That quilt will sit there until I finish my UFO quilt from 2 years ago, need to press, baste, quilt and bind that one. I have at least 3 or 4 more quilts I want to start, but I haven't allowed myself to until I get these other ones done first. And in between that all I have a dress I want to make, a lamb softie, appliques for clothes and a taggie blanket too. Lots of UFOs here. Thankfully a lot of them are just still in my head, not on my sewing room counter top!

You aren't alone! Have you seen my list on my Sidebar! I only listed 24 of them there, there are at least that many more not listed!

I think it's very important to have UFO's in various stages. You never know what you might be in the mood to work on. Piecing? Binding? Quilting? Dreaming? Just keep on stitching

    PLEASE, don't make me say!

My number is so huge I can't even type it out loud!

  8. The Sunflower Patch says:

Not telling! But you probably couldn't count them all on both hands.

Last time I counted it was between 10 and 20… and I picked up some sale fabric to start 2 more over the weekend 🙂 I like to have a little variety in my UFO stash! (and this doesn't count the ones I have at my mom's house on the other side of the country!)

I have so many things to get done, I cannot even remember them all right now! Can't wait to see your project next week!! 🙂
