As most of you already know I love the Easy Star and Geese Ruler by Kimberly Einmo – as part of this week’s giveaway – where you can win the ruler AND a jelly roll of Flora I thought I would put up some inspirational projects using the ruler.
This is the first time that I have made a table runner – and it still isn’t finished – I am piecing together jelly roll strips to make the backing and I left all my fabric and my sewing machine in Washington.
Both blocks were made using the Easy Star & Geese Ruler – the side blocks are my own design and the center star blocks are using the saw tooth star tutorial that comes with the ruler – I decided on scrappy centers because I didn’t want to waste any of my flora scraps.

OH!! I LUV all of yoru flying geese designs. Thanks for sharing! It makes me want to get out of bed – even in my PJs and go make some geese (well, it almost makes me…I’m kinda tired. but, maybe tomo!)

I LOVE the table runner. I’m one of those strange people that really like flying geese…….unless we’re talking about those gray and black ones flying over my house making all that noise of course. LOL Those flying geese are noisy and signal snow is coming all too soon. ha
