I Stripped!

I am so excited! I finished my first stripper row from my Strip Quilters Group!

Shanna from Fiber of All Sorts gave me such amazing inspiration (her row is the top row) and below her row is what I came up with, I hope it compliments it well.

Rows 1 & 2 of the Triangles for Strippers quiltI had so much fun working on this row for Shanna. There is a tutorial on my blog for the two side blocks – check it out here. Next week I will have a tutorial up for the center block and I will eventually have one for the curvy pinwheel block too.

Happy Hump Day!

And I highly doubt that the end result can be attributed to beginners luck, but rather awesome skill on your part 🙂 The whole row is just fab,Melissa! Looking forward to the tutorial (s).

Ah, ha, I see where those two Autumn blocks went! I loved that pattern and tutorial. It’s really an enjoyable thing to play with, and I’m thinking enlarge it and play with turning blocks so it makes a great small quilt with just 4 blocks. Thanks so much!
