Well October is almost over! I have a hem to put in an Elsa Dress and a sweatshirt to embroider before it is all said and done, but I think we are almost ready to close the books on this month. Did you finish you goal? I can happily report that I did!
I will do a more in depth post later, probably when the pattern is written, but I am happy to report it is done and was accomplished using fabrics that were entirely from my stash! Woohoo!
How did you do? Did you finish your goal?
Remember you have until October 31st to link up!

This is the first time I finished something really early ๐
Congrats on your finish!
Thanks for getting me going and finishing this quilt…really early!!!
Congratulations on the finish. Can’t wait to see the pattern flooding the market place. ๐
I always sit and make my list, but never get as far as linking up at the beginning of the month. However, it’s great inspiration!
Hey Melissa – Sooooo here’s the ‘thing’, I posted my goal on Flickr and then realized that my daughter has access to that account and probably gets notifications when someone posts something…argh!! My October goal is a surprise for her November birthday!!! So, I’ve BEYOND met my goal because I have the quilt top finished but also quilted and bound! WOO HOO!! But, I don’t want to post it on Flickr (and I no longer blog) or IG, because my daughter follows both of those accounts. Is there anything I can do to participate in the October ALYoF?? If nothing else I’d like to be recognized as reaching the month’s goal. So far I’ve only missed one month (can you say ‘burnt out’??). Thanks for your help.
Thank you sponsor for the prizes – I’m already a winner having actually finished a goal.
Love your Quilt Melissa, but then I always love your quilts ;)!
Yes I did finish, just this evening! That makes me so happy, especially since I had all but written a finish off for this month, yippie!
Phew! Finished, blogged and linked up today! Happy Halloween and thank you for hosting.
I’m so glad so many finished projects this month. October was my first time participating. I finished my project and waiting for the link up. I kept checking the link, “a lovely year of finishes 2014” at the top of your page. The link to the linky party was/is NOT LIVE, even though the linky party was, so I missed the link up! So sad. ๐
