More Christmas Sewing

While we have been at my mom’s house I have been able to get some sewing done. My mom has a Janome 8900, which is a lovely machine to sew on, if I do say so myself.

On Thursday I made Anne a new skirt for our family reunion this weekend. I don’t have any pics of Anne wearing the shirt, but here is a pic of it all finished.

The pattern was super frustreating but my mom and I are talented enough sewists that we were able to figure it out and make it work.

How is your holiday sewing shaping up?

That is the cutest fabric, and I’m positive Anne looks as adorable as anything wearing it. Great job! So lovely to have your mom there, and for her to have you. I wish I’d been blessed with at least one daughter. =)
